MARTOLODED PLOUGERNE Grouping of owners of traditional boats of Plouguerneau (Finistere northern, Brittany)
the Superb bay of Koréjou with Plouguerneau
History: Within the framework of the maritime festivities of Brest 2004 and Douarnenez 2004, the owners of old men gréements based with the port of Korréjou with Plouguerneau gathered in the form of flotilla to rejoin the gatherings with the maximun of safety and user-friendliness. Since this evolutionary flotilla each summer sails and takes part in the gatherings and maritime festivals compatible with the nautical capacities of the boats.
Grouping
MARTOLODED PLOUGERNE form a nonassociative grouping owners of old man gréements or traditional boats of the Northern coast of Finistere. The sea being symbol of freedom, for the grouping that means:
- No statutes
- No payments
- No hierarchy
- No contribution
For the spokesman Jean Yves Fichoux there are 3 fundamental to respect:
" 1) a requirement: to like its boat 2) an obligation:aimer sea and TO RESPECT IT
3) a duty: to be interdependent at sea. "
The flotilla is identified under the colors of 2 houses, traditional Croaz du.

1) Kroaz Of: flame used by the Breton navy with the 15e century, supposed origin 1188, 2nd crusade.

2) flame offered by the municipality of Plouguerneau at the time of "headlights in festival"
